The AH Law Group is led by Asa Hutchinson and Asa Hutchinson III. Together they represent over 40 years of legal and government experience. Each has served as partners in regional or national law firms, and they have combined experience serving as top officials in a variety of U.S. government posts, including those in the Departments of Justice, Commerce and Homeland Security, the U.S. Patent and trademark Office, and the Office of the Independent Counsel. Both litigators are former federal prosecutors, and Asa Hutchinson served for five years in the U.S. House of Representatives where he worked on the Committee on the Judiciary which has jurisdiction over matters concerning espionage, counterfeiting, criminal law enforcement, intellectual property, anti-trust violations and the federal courts and judges. Associate Dak Kees brings to the firm his experience as a United States Army Judge General's (JAG) Corps Office. With almost nine years of serving his country both home and abroad, Dak continues to use the skills he has honed from dealing with isssues of international law, complex litigation, and a wide range of intricate negotiations.
