The Asa Hutchinson Law Group successfully obtained a ten-year B1/B2 visa for a former spouse of a Guatemalan government official sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
The firm’s client had been listed by the Department of State as a Section 7031(c) designee and was thus ineligible to hold a visa. Accordingly, her B1/B2 visa had been revoked, and she was prohibited from ever entering the U.S. Asa Hutchinson III was able to have the client removed from the State Department’s 7031(c) list and fully restore her visa eligibility.
