A Mexican national client of The Asa Hutchinson Law Group petitioned U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as an EB-5 investor and received eligibility for his EB-5 visa based on his investment in a new commercial enterprise with a designated regional center under the Immigrant Investor Program.  The client and his family may now apply for an EB-5 visa, and if granted, the family will have conditional permanent residency in the United States with the opportunity to have those conditions removed after two years.
