    With a robust background spanning both civil litigation and in-house transactional experience, Robert Dalby provides comprehensive legal counsel in navigating the complexities of commercial and business law, offering strategic representation in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, from pre-litigation through appeals, meticulous drafting and negotiation of commercial transactions, guidance on business formation and organization, and more. Robert supports the firm’s operations around the world and serves as a trusted advisor to individuals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, translating legal intricacies into actionable insights to drive sound decisions.

    Robert’s legal career began in private practice, where he spent several years honing his skills as a civil litigator at two reputable firms. During this time, he gained invaluable experience in navigating complex legal disputes and developed a keen eye for detail. His litigation experience includes cases involving patent infringement and other intellectual property issues, antitrust, contract disputes, real estate, construction, employment, discrimination and civil rights, negligence, and alternative dispute resolution.

    Prior to joining the firm, Robert held an in-house counsel role at a Fortune 300 company where he shifted his focus to transactional law, specializing in negotiating and drafting complex domestic and international contracts and commercial agreements, as well as advising non-attorney business leaders and other cross-functional business partners on various legal issues.

    Robert is originally from Texarkana, Arkansas. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in 2016, Robert graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law with honors in 2019. Robert is licensed in Arkansas and Texas.
